On June 20, 2024 the Eastern Pennsylvania and Mid-Atlantic Chapters ISEE hosted an 8 hour Blasters Training at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, PA. The Eastern Pennsylvania & Mid-Atlantic ISEE Chapters will host a 2024 Blasters’ Training on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at the Blair County Convention Center, located at One Convention Center Drive, Altoona, PA.
